COVID-19 Compliance

This page contains all the necessary documentation relating to the return to contact training and match play for Middlewood Rovers teams at Waverley Lane. Below you will find copies of our Club Protocols for Contact Training and Matches. In addition every participant attending Waverley Lane for mathces or training must ensure that they undertake a COVID-19 Self Assessment before leaving home to attend an activity with us.

On arrival at Waverley Lane you will be asked by your activity organiser to complete the Self-Assessment Register before joining the activity. The Club will retain the information provided for no less than 21 days and no more than 60 days - this is essential to support NHS Track & Trace.

This MUST  be done before every session or match otherwise you will be unable to attend.
